Good morning class. Welcome to Goldblatt University.

I just got back from a 13 mile run and I always make interesting life-altering decisions during these runs. This time I decided I was going to start a blog. And guess what? Here it is. The basic gist of it will be to keep my writing and thinking skills alive in this post-college life, hence the title. I aim to discuss books, performances and current events here, and I have already realized that I will have to make an effort to veer away from personal marginalia (my first big word–how exciting! Time to break out my thesaurus again for the first time since College) as the point of this site is to keep my brain moving and hopefully interact in intelligent debate (ha) and not merely hang my dirty laundry out for the wold to smell (p.u.)

So you will hopefully not find the E! True Hollywood story of Sam Goldblatt here, nor will you find tales the likes of The Washingtonienne. What will you find? A University experience of my own making, where I can read and write whatever I want, as long as it is thoughtful.

Hi Sam. I’m sure you’re keeping your Washingtonienne tales elsewhere.

they will be released as an anonymous autobiography entitled, “P.I.M.P. the story of the golden child.”
